This Return Policy applies to digital planning products purchased from Organicskeleton through organicskeleton.ddd.

1. Digital Products

Our products consist of digital guides and downloadable templates delivered electronically. No physical items are shipped.

2. Right of Withdrawal

Under EU consumer protection law, you have a 14-day right of withdrawal from the date of purchase for digital products. To exercise this right, contact us at info@organicskeleton.world with your order details.

3. Withdrawal Exceptions

If you have explicitly consented to immediate delivery of digital content and acknowledged that you lose your withdrawal right upon delivery, the right of withdrawal may not apply once the product has been downloaded or accessed.

4. Refund Process

Approved refunds are processed within 14 business days using the original payment method. You will receive email confirmation when the refund is initiated.

5. Defective Products

If a digital product is corrupted, incomplete, or materially different from its description, contact us within 30 days of purchase. We will provide a replacement file or issue a refund after verifying the issue.

6. Order Inquiries

For questions about an existing order, include your full name, email address, and purchase date when contacting us. We respond within two business days.

7. Non-Returnable Situations

Refunds are generally not available when:

• The product has been fully downloaded and used as described
• The request is made after the 14-day withdrawal period without a valid defect claim
• The purchase was made through an unauthorized third party
